About
Tech4BY is an EU funded project, implemented by the Lithuanian Innovation Centre, with direct oversight by the Central Project Management Agency under the Financial Ministry of the Republic of Lithuania, aimed at supporting Belarusian edtech entrepreneurs and educators residing in the EU, EEA, and Schengen Area.
It provides structured incubation programmes for early-stage edtech startups and individual teachers, helping them to develop, scale, and sustain innovative solutions with lasting educational impact.
The project seeks to empower Belarusian teachers and foster a strong, vibrant network of edtech service providers.
We prioritise learner safety, accessibility, and ethical use of data. Programme resources follow EU standards on privacy and security.
What we do
Tech4BY provides hands-on incubation, mentoring, and learning resources for early-stage edtech founders and individual educators. We focus on practical skills – product development, pedagogy, user testing, evidence of impact, go-to-market, and sustainability.
Who it’s for:
- Belarusian educators and trainers residing in the EU/EEA/Schengen Area
- Early-stage edtech teams building tools, content, or services for teaching and learning, with a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and measurable impact in education
