Eligibility and Exclusions

→ Your course must be successfully migrated and published on the Platform.

→ You must comply with the Platform’s publication requirements ⌄

• You hold the necessary rights to all course materials, including videos, images, presentations and third-party content.

• Your course has a clear title, description, target audience, learning outcomes and enrolment or pricing conditions.

• The course is technically complete and can be accessed, studied and completed by learners on the Platform.

• You provide accurate information and respond promptly during migration and publication.

• The course does not contain unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe or copyright-infringing content.

• You agree to the Platform’s rules on learner data, communication, payments and refunds where applicable.

• The course remains published and available for the agreed minimum period after launch.

• The €400 award is a promotional budget managed by EdTech4BY, not a cash payment to the course creator.

→ Only the first three eligible migrated courses receive the campaign.

Not eligible: courses migrated through the EdTech4BY Project cannot receive the €400 advertising campaign award.
